 * Pick in bucket 🪣 
 * Wash and submerge under fresh water every day for 3days
 * Place in brine, water + salt 10:1, use plate to keep submerged 3months
 * Taste to check if bitterness gone
  
 * Finally jar in ratio of 2:5:20, salt:vinegar:water
