 * Answer: User "Argo Roleouts" a CRD in k8s that replaces Deployment with the details of steps and roll back.
   1. Argo will deploy new container and start moveing traffic to it.
   2. Argo will check a Prometheus metric to determine issues
   3. Full roleout will complete or rollback.
